UnLOCK the SCIENCE Behind your Product Investments
Products Optimized for Enterprise Sales
Product Operations
For growth-stage SaaS businesses (50-500 employees), I help teams organize their product lines, SKUs, and features to help sales and product teams clearly see customer value and sales impact. Additionally, product managers receive support in building stronger business cases and ensuring the roadmap aligns with real customer value. I also help teams set up beta programs and release processes to engage enterprise customers and build feedback loops for strong discovery and validation.
Fractional CPO
For early-stage SaaS startups (pre-seed to Series B), I help define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, recruit and mentor product teams, and establish the tools and processes needed to scale to the next stage. I work closely with founders to align product development with business objectives, set up product analytics to measure success, and ensure strong collaboration with engineering and GTM teams.
